If you don’t know the purpose that leads you, what do you believe would not have happened, or you would not have experienced? It turns out that, no matter what the events or circumstances, people who have discovered and lead from purpose experience a significant increase in their level of clarity of focus and confidence to act. “The one thing that became very clear to me in the early days of working in South Africa. and certainly when I was fortunate enough to be brought out to Australia, was that a career period, is almost a zigzag path, and each time that you’re involved in a situation or working for a company or with a diverse group of people, you acquire more knowledge, and that then it’s almost like a bit of rocket fuel, and it just boosts to the next stage.”
